The CargoNXT Recognitions, held during the 4th Edition of the CargoNXT Conference, will celebrate outstanding contributions across India’s logistics landscape – spanning air cargo, maritime logistics, rail freight, and road transport. From pioneering multimodal integration to advancing digitalisation and green logistics, each recognition will spotlight those making measurable progress aligned with India’s Vision 2047. This meaningful evening will honour individuals and organisations who are building a smarter, more resilient, and globally competitive supply chain. More than a ceremony, it’s a celebration of purpose, innovation, and partnership, culminating in a vibrant evening of cocktails, networking, and shared vision for the future of Indian logistics.
Eligibility Criteria
- Operational Tenure: The nominated company, product, or service must have been actively in operation for at least 12 continuous months before the nomination deadline.
- Start-Ups and New Entrants: For categories aimed at emerging businesses or start-ups, nominees must have launched operations within the last 06 months of the submission deadline.
- Project-Based Nominations: Projects or initiatives must be fully executed and implemented by the time of nomination.
- Technology & Digital Services: Internet-based products or digital platforms must have been live and available to users for a minimum of 12 months.
- SCM & Logistics Professionals: To ensure fair evaluation, professionals must meet the eligibility criteria for their chosen category to qualify for nomination.
- Industry Relevance: All entries must reflect a clear contribution to the industry ecosystem or generate measurable public benefit.
- Regional Applicability: Nominations must represent operations that fall within the defined geographic scope of the recognitions (e.g., India).
Submission Guidelines
- Language: All entries, including forms and attachments, must be submitted in English.
- Completeness: Submissions must be fully completed with all mandatory fields filled and supporting documents attached. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
- Submission Mode: Nominations must be submitted online via the official recognitions portal. Physical submissions are not permitted.
- Supporting Documents: Entrants are encouraged to provide relevant evidence such as performance data, client endorsements, case studies, or press coverage. Ensure all files comply with format and size restrictions.
- Accuracy: Information provided must be factually correct. Misleading or false claims will lead to immediate disqualification.
Disqualification & Evaluation Rights
- Right to Disqualify: The organizing committee reserves the right to reject any entry that violates the guidelines or reflects unethical behavior.
- Ownership of Materials: Submitted content becomes the property of the committee and will not be returned. The organizers are not liable for the loss or damage of any files submitted.
- Final Decision: All decisions by the organizing committee and judging panel are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
Recognition Categories and Validity
- Proposing a New Category: Requests to introduce new recognition categories must be sent via email to cargonxt@gmail.com, along with a rationale and proposed criteria.
Code of Conduct
- Integrity and Fair Play: All participants must act ethically and uphold the spirit of fair competition throughout the nomination process.
- Confidentiality Assurance: Sensitive information provided will be treated with discretion. However, nominees accept that certain details may be shared with judges for evaluation purposes.
