End-to-End Supply Chain Agility: Planning for Uncertainty and Speed
Description
Building agile S&OP models and using predictive demand tools are crucial to remain responsive amid supply and demand shocks. Breaking silos through cross-functional planning and integrating road, rail, air, and sea enable speed, savings, and sustainability. Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) support sourcing agility, but alignment with India’ s logistics infrastructure is vital. The shift from globalization to regionalization, intensified by recent India–US tariff developments, demands resilient networks supported by advanced tech like AI, control towers, and digital twins.
